    July Meeting is back at the beach this month. The completion is the best smash beer. Parameters are : Base Malt: Golden Promise 11 lbs for a 5 Gallon batch (scale to your system) Hops: Any single hop variety, any schedule. Yeast: Any yeast No other fermentable may be used, however non-fermentable adjuncts are allowed.
