July Meeting is back at the beach this month. The completion is the best smash beer. Parameters are : Base Malt: Golden Promise 11 lbs for a 5 Gallon batch (scale to your system) Hops: Any single hop variety, any schedule. Yeast: Any yeast No other fermentable may be used, however non-fermentable adjuncts are allowed.
No competition for September. Just come out and buy product for October Comp (Porters and Stouts) and Dogtoberfest (Oct 20th) Hope to see everyone there.

Meeting to begin discussing Pints 4 Paws planning. We are looking for various members to step forward to plan aspects of the event. Also, it is the Mully's and Hysteria tap takeover!

In the spirit of St. Patrick's Day we are back to AHBS for our Irish beer competition. Any type of Irish beer can be entered in so bring your beer down and hang out. We will also update on the progress of Pints 4 Paws.
