Parameters are : Base Malt: Golden Promise 11 lbs for a 5 Gallon batch (scale to your system) Hops: Any single hop variety, any schedule. Yeast: Any yeast No other fermentable may be used, however non-fermentable adjuncts are allowed.
No competition for September. Just come out and buy product for October Comp (Porters and Stouts) and Dogtoberfest (Oct 20th) Hope to see everyone there.
