We are back at the beach, at least for May. No competition this month but come out share some beer and let's talk about Pints For Paws.
July Meeting is back at the beach this month. The completion is the best smash beer. Parameters are : Base Malt: Golden Promise 11 lbs for a 5 Gallon batch (scale to your system) Hops: Any single hop variety, any schedule. Yeast: Any yeast No other fermentable may be used, however non-fermentable adjuncts are allowed.
No competition for September. Just come out and buy product for October Comp (Porters and Stouts) and Dogtoberfest (Oct 20th) Hope to see everyone there.
