It's too cold outside. Looks like its time for a Winter Warmer competition. Any and all winter warmer styles of beer will be accepted (i.e. probably something spiced). Location is TBD and will be announced to members as the date approaches.

July Meeting is back at the beach this month. The completion is the best smash beer. Parameters are : Base Malt: Golden Promise 11 lbs for a 5 Gallon batch (scale to your system) Hops: Any single hop variety, any schedule. Yeast: Any yeast No other fermentable may be used, however non-fermentable adjuncts are allowed.
